Sarah Bitar is a trilingual film and stage actor, fluent in English, Arabic and French.

She is a valued member of the acting ensemble at the innovative Mercury Store located in Gowanus. During her time there, she has collaborated with foremost directors such as Will Frears, Claudia Zelevansky, Manuel Ortiz, Tea Alagic, Will Davis, Britt Berke, Nicky Maggio, Maria P. Vila and others.

She has often produced her own work in the US out of the commitment to express unique narratives from distant realms, and a Self shaped by the fusion of the foreign and the familiar.

Born and raised in Lebanon, Sarah made the pivotal decision to relocate to New York City in 2016, driven by a desire to undergo classical and contemporary acting training at the esteemed Stella Adler Studio.
